1. Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
We do not accept returns for products that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used perfumes.
Products purchased during sale or clearance promotions (unless defective).
Custom-made or personalized items.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging.
We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Email us at support@yasaraperfume.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request and respond with the return shipping address if eligible.
3. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error. Contact us for an exchange request.
